Hi, I’m Michael.

In my family, soursop was the home remedy. Long before it showed up in a supplement aisle, it was what we reached for when someone’s stomach was off.

Before Essentials+, I was a personal trainer. I spent years helping people lose weight, so I know how hard it is.
